Love the text, Nat. I started my journey as a mom 4 months ago and slowing down was definitely one of the hardest things for me during the first weeks. Coming from a fast paced industry, raising a new born can feel as a drastic change. With a new born you have no other option than living life slowly.
The first weeks were specially difficult but at the time I luckily got used to it and now I ask myself constantly: how could I have lived so fast during so many years?
I can already feel the benefits of a slow-paced life in my body and mind. Life is just much better! I am grateful my baby gave me no option because I am enjoying it fully!
Thanks for sharing your tips, they will help me to keep a slower pace when I return to work soon.
